CNA - LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Assist patients in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting by providing essential healthcare support and ensuring their comfort and safety under the supervision of nursing staff.

Responsibilities:

• Administer personal care and hygiene to residents, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with mobility, repositioning, and transferring patients to prevent bedsores and maintain mobility.
• Observe and report changes in patients’ condition to nursing staff promptly.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Current valid CNA certification in the state of employment.
• Proven experience working in LTC or SNF environments.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients safely.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrate compassion and strong patient care ethic.
• Complete necessary COVID-19 vaccination requirements or valid exemption documentation.
