Registered Nurse (RN), Post Partum - PRN
As a member of the Health Support Center (HSC) team, you will support staff and patients in the North Alabama Medical Center, providing vital care and ensuring quality interventions.
Responsibilities- Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
- Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
- Provide care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.
- Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
- Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
- Perform timely and accurate QI assessments.
You will utilize your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serve as a patient-care innovator, shaping exceptional patient journeys each day.
Requirements- Current state RN license.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Basic Life Support certification within 14 days of hire.
- ACLS and PALS certification within six months of hire.
- One year of experience preferred.
- ASLS certification preferred.
PRN Nights.
