• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in hospitality, full‑service, or senior living (preferred)
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with residents and staff
• Strong judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities
• Preparation and service of food items within designated time frames
• Maintenance of cleanliness in food service areas, including the kitchen and dining room
