Position: Department Manager (Paid Vacations & Daily Pay)
McDonald's -  -  - Responsibilities:
Manage shifts weekly, leading departments to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.;
Oversee assigned systems, like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, set goals, delegate tasks to teams, follow up, and report results to the team and other managers.;
Ensure the Guest Service Department delivers a great customer experience, that promotions are executed well, and that all service staff are trained in procedures, with Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas organized for best service.;
Ensure the Kitchen Department delivers high-quality, safe food quickly, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.;
Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals, and motivate crew throughout their time at the restaurant.
