Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; guiding and supporting members regarding self-service technology; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns; and promoting the company s products and services.

Maintains safety of the facility according to company policies by conducting safety checks, following forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, adhering to company standards, and reporting unsafe situations to management.

Maintains sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning the area, stocking and organizing merchandise, setting up displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, identifying shrink and damages, and securing fragile and high-shrink items.

Monitors product quality through rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation, and ensures prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.

Complies with company policies and ethics by following related action plans and Open Door Policy in executing business processes.

Completes work assignments by utilizing policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; setting priorities and deadlines; communicating progress; addressing improvement opportunities; and adapting to change.

Supports club operations by assisting with club pick-up orders, staging products, and ensuring items are selected and staged according to policy.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the location. Additional compensation may include premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
