AE - Brand Ambassador; Sales Associate

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company and you love the products, building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work every day.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they're looking for with a "friends first" mindset.
• Educate guests about AEO and Aerie products and make suggestions that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Be flexible between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist your team in getting the job done.
• Act with integrity and always follow AEO policies and procedures.

• You love interacting with people.
• You have the energy to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have previous retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years of age.
