• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting the value of Company products and services.
• Processes Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts.
• Participates in sales and marketing events and works to meet Membership goals.
• Maintains facility safety by following all safety standards and procedures, conducting safety sweeps, forklift procedures, hazardous materials handling, and reporting unsafe conditions to management.
• Fulfills Member Fax, N Pull, and Click N Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items for Members, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
• Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicates progress and opportunities for improvement.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; applies action plans through Open Door Policy and ethical business practices.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual rate will meet or exceed applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may apply in specific circumstances.
