We are seeking a full-time on-site Account Manager to join our team in Florence, AL. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with our dealer network, maintaining customer accounts, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end transport process. Daily responsibilities include handling client inquiries, coordinating shipments with trucking partners, resolving concerns, and collaborating closely with the sales team to drive customer satisfaction.
This role requires proactive communication, exceptional organization, and a commitment to building long-term client partnerships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
- Proficiency in account management and ability to resolve client issues effectively
- Organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple accounts and shipments concurrently
- Familiarity with transport logistics, dealer services, or supply chain management (preferred but not required)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools to manage customer accounts
- Motivated, team-oriented mindset with a solutions-driven approach
