Inside sales, contacting current clients to review and cross-sell their current accounts. Setting appointments to introduce current clients to new products and services offered by the agency. Contacting leads provided by the agency owner to gather information needed for quoting insurance products. Other duties as specified by the agency owner.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Secure all trailing documents from customers.
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Document each customer contact in eAgent.
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Inform customers of promotions and new or upgraded products using prepared scripts.
Upbeat, positive attitude. Pleasant phone voice. Self-starter. Prefer candidate has Alabama insurance license(s) or can obtain them shortly after coming on board.
