• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Repair or replace defective parts such as compressors, thermostats, and electrical components.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes during installations and repairs.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with other technicians as needed for complex projects.

• Ability to drive a van for transportation to job sites safely.
• Knowledge of HVAC design principles is beneficial.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

5+ years HVAC experience required
