Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filters, and basic maintenance services

Diagnose and report potential repairs

Work efficiently to complete flat-rate hours while maintaining quality

Keep your bay clean and organized

Communicate with team members and advisors for smooth service flow

Experience servicing various vehicle makes/models

High school diploma or GED

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on ability

Team-oriented mindset and solid communication skills

Professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude

Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and working on your feet
