Trillium Construction is seeking experienced Low Voltage Electricians for a large-scale security installation project at a new men’s correctional facility in Elmore, AL.
Key Responsibilities- IP camera and CCTV installation/mounting
- Cat5e/Cat6 data cabling, termination, and testing
- Data/network equipment installation
- Troubleshooting camera and data systems
- Blueprint/drawing reading
- Structured cabling and low-voltage installation
- Working from ladders/lifts and throughout a large construction site
Pay: $34–36/hr DOE
Per Diem: $115/day, 7 days/week
Schedule:
50+ hrs/week, Monday–Friday
Project Duration:
Long-term, approximately 18 months
- Strong IP camera/CCTV installation experience
- Strong Cat5e/Cat6 data termination experience
- Low-voltage/structured cabling experience
- Experience testing and troubleshooting camera/data systems
- Network equipment or IP-based camera experience
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings
- Commercial/industrial experience preferred
- Security systems/access control experience preferred
- Must be able to meet jobsite badging requirements
- Large-scale project installing approximately 2,800 security cameras across a 300-acre jobsite.
