HVAC Controls & Refrigeration Mechanic IV

The University of North Alabama is accepting applications for the position of HVAC Controls & Refrigeration Mechanic IV in the Maintenance department. This position is responsible for serving as the overall manager of the HVAC section of maintenance, including commercial refrigeration, natural gas heating systems, low-pressure steam, hot water boilers, chill water systems, and high and pressure cooling systems. Minimum qualifications include: a high school diploma/equivalent is required;

an associate's degree in air conditioning and refrigeration or a related field, is preferred; five years of related experience is required; a current, valid driver's license is required; an EPA University Refrigerant license is required; and a journeyman gas fitter's license is preferred.
