Experienced Executive Chauffeur

Job Description

We are seeking a high-level Executive Chauffeur who represents the Reserve Black brand with excellence. This role requires more than driving. It demands professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver a seamless luxury experience for every client.

• Provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation for executives, VIP clients, and special events
• Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level customer experience at all times
• Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality with all passengers
• Present a polished, professional appearance consistent with a luxury brand
• Assist clients with entry, exit, luggage, and personalized service requests
• Ensure vehicles are impeccably clean, fueled, and fully prepared before each trip
• Navigate efficiently using real-time traffic awareness and route planning
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and dispatch
• Anticipate client needs and exceed expectations without being intrusive

• Minimum age of 25 years old
• Clean driving record with a strong history of safe driving
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Prior experience in luxury transportation, executive service, or hospitality preferred
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Experience serving high-net-worth individuals or corporate executives
• Knowledge of Birmingham and surrounding areas
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering excellence
