Full Time SG&A BB - AL, Florence, AL, US

• Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor.
• Hourly Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.
• Shift: 1st shift, M-F, 40 hours per week.

The Returns Coordinator supports inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction by processing returns, managing sample program fulfillment, and assisting with general warehouse operations including cycle counting and receiving.

This role is designed as a flex position, supporting returns processing, sample program fulfillment, cycle counting, and receiving operations as volume requires.

• Receive, inspect, and process customer and vendor returns for accuracy and condition.
• Determine appropriate disposition (restock, refurbish, liquidate, or dispose) per company guidelines.
• Process returns transactions and update inventory records in Shopify/Net Suite.
• Collaborate with the Quality and Packaging teams to identify opportunities that reduce product damage and customer returns.
• Pick, pack, and ship product samples to customers, vendors, and sales teams.
• Maintain accurate sample inventory and replenish sample stock as needed.
• Track sample requests to ensure timely turnaround and fulfillment accuracy.

• Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Assist with receiving operations, including unloading, staging, and put-away of inbound product.
• Maintain organized storage locations, aisles, and returns processing areas.

• 2+ years of warehouse, returns, or order fulfillment experience.
• Experience with inventory or order management systems (Shopify, Net Suite, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent walking, bending, and material movement.
