American Leadership Academy is now accepting applications for a Varsity Track and Field Assistant Coach at our Anthem High School
, located in Florence, AZ for the spring season (February 1st, 2026 - April 30th, 2026). Candidates must possess a valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance card.
- Assist Head Coach as needed.
- Make specific requests for equipment and supplies with help from the Coach. Assign priority based on safety, need and cost.
- Manage care and distribution of equipment and supplies.
- Establish good public relations with parents, teachers, community, and the news media.
- Verify all practice/game track and fields are safe for players and spectators.
- Have a “Plan for Success” that outlines expectations and discipline for the program.
- Other duties as assigned, including any pre or post‑season responsibilities.
- Valid AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance card.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Previous experience as Coach.
- Previous classroom teaching experience.
- Valid Arizona IVP fingerprint card.
- Current resume.
