As a Registered Nurse in our facility, you ll do more than care for patients—you ll lead, teach, and advocate. Working closely with healthcare and correctional staff, you ll assess physical/mental health needs, administer medications, and guide treatment plans from start to finish. You ll play a key role in supporting patient education, making timely referrals, and helping maintain safety and standards across the unit.
Whether you re managing medications, mentoring staff, or responding to a crisis, your skills will make a real impact every day.
You ll do more than just deliver care.
What You ll Need
- Active unrestricted RN license in state of practice and 1-2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred).
- Active CPR certification.
- Strong clinical and communication skills; adaptability in high-pressure settings.
- A compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patient care.
