DriveUp&Go Supervisor

Albertsons - 3325 North Hunt Highway - Responsibilities:
Lead the Drive Up & Go online selection process to ensure on time and accurate order execution;
Train shoppers on the Drive Up & Go equipment, proper shopping of perishable items, customer service and to follow company procedures and guidelines;
Supervise team of Drive Up & Go employees;
Assist customers with substitutions, handle problems and answer questions;
Manage shopper productivity, out of stocks, on time tiling and speed of order delivery to customers' cars;
Provide timely reporting to Store Management for proactive decision making and continuous process improvement;
Select and collate products for online grocery orders;
Check perishable products for pull dates and proper temperatures; ensure proper bagging to prevent damage in transit;
Perform site workbench functions and maintain paperwork; conduct periodic shopper audits;
Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations across department staff;
Assist customers on the sales floor
