A lifeguard management service is seeking individuals to ensure guest safety at pools in Florence, AZ. No prior lifeguarding experience is required as all necessary training will be provided. Candidates must have basic swimming skills and be committed to customer service. You'll provide active monitoring of the pool area, enforce rules, and respond to emergencies. This position offers a starting pay of $17.00 per hour with quarterly raises, flexibility with scheduling, and the opportunity to work throughout the year.
