As a Senior Growth Product Manager
you will play a key role in a cross‑functional team focused on monetization, pricing and growth.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Defining and evolving the monetization strategy and pricing direction for the Toggl Suite, balancing business growth targets, technical feasibility, and user value.
Driving cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, design, data, and sales teams to translate monetization insights into actionable, high‑impact product decisions.
Taking ownership of problem discovery and synthesizing insights to build solutions that improve conversion to paid and overall revenue.
Navigating trade‑offs related to billing systems, pricing infrastructure, and working with engineers to find the best path forward for scalable monetization solutions.
Prioritizing scalability for various pricing tiers and enterprise‑level monetization features, ensuring that infrastructure investments in billing and pricing operations translate into meaningful improvements for user adoption and revenue growth.
Championing a hands‑on, MVP mindset for monetization experiments, iterating quickly, validating ideas related to pricing and packaging, and taking decisive action based on PLG metrics and conversion data.
