Event Manager and Graphic Designer (P.IVA)
Tuscany Flowers, a leading high‑end floral design company based in Florence, is seeking an experienced part‑time/full‑time project manager assistant (no remote position, partita Iva mandatory) to create graphic presentations, assist with general office tasks, and participate in event set‑up with the team.
Responsibilities
Create graphic presentations and assist with general office tasks.
Participate at the event set‑up with the team.
Develop and maintain status reports on current projects that will be circulated company wide.
Assist in coordination of logistics for senior management and executive events and activities.
Communicate regularly with event planners and vendors to ensure information is received in a timely and accurate manner.
Proactively handle arising issues and troubleshoot emerging problems on event day.
Work across the organization to get things done.
Skills and Abilities
Good knowledge of English (C1 required). Mother‑tongue English preferable and fluency in Italian a plus.
Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Architecture or similar fields.
Excellent technical knowledge of the Adobe suite programs (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) on Mac OS.
Extremely precise and capable of working under pressure.
Previous experience in events is a plus, such as a passion for flowers.
Maximum flexibility with availability to work evenings and weekends.
