People. MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES As an HR Onboarding Trainee, you will be instrumental in supporting our new hire onboarding process. Your duties will include:
Communication:
Act as a point of contact for new hires during their pre-onboarding phase, answering questions and ensuring they are prepared for their first day. Support:
Assist in managing the new hire onboarding tracker, making sure all necessary steps are completed on time. New Hire Setup:
Collaborate with various departments, including IT and local HR, to ensure new employees have the necessary equipment, system access, and accounts ready for day one. Orientation Support:
Aid in scheduling new hire orientation meetings and other relevant training sessions. Record Keeping:
Help add new hires to HR internal tools. Process Improvement:
Offer suggestions for improving the onboarding experience and administrative processes. General Onboarding Support:
Assist with various onboarding related tasks and provide entry-level support for general HR inquiries. JOB REQUIREMENTS We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow. The ideal candidate will have:
