Our Extremities division is seeking a commercially driven and people-focused Regional Sales Manager to lead a high‑performing team across North & Central Italy. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving regional growth, developing talent, strengthening customer relationships, and leading both direct and indirect sales channels within a dynamic and evolving business environment.
Reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager, you will play a critical role in accelerating business performance while helping teams successfully navigate organizational growth and change. What You Will Do
Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales organization across direct and indirect channels
Drive commercial performance and ensure achievement of financial targets
Build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline and accurate forecasting process
Support the development and engagement of a high‑performing team culture
Develop strategic relationships with hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare stakeholders
Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal support teams to ensure excellent customer experience
Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed
Lead teams through transformation and change while maintaining engagement and accountability
Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives within the region
Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision‑makers
What You Need
Minimum Qualifications
Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
Advanced English level (C1)
7+ years of professional experience
5+ years of successful commercial experience within sales and/or marketing roles
3+ years of people management experience (direct or matrix leadership)
Experience with in operating room environments
Demonstrated success in achieving commercial targets
Experience with in the Medical Devices industry
Strong CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with in Orthopedic Implants, Trauma, or Extremities
Experience managing both direct and indirect sales models
Strong leadership and change management capabilities
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
