Retribuzione / Benefits Define and execute a sales strategy aligned with priorities and market trends
Monitor funnels and KPIs to identify growth levers
Report on sales and customer success metrics for data-driven decisions
Align sales with product launches to enable cross-sell and upsell
Structure the sales team with hunters, farmers, and hybrids
Establish cadences: pipeline reviews, deal inspections, monthly business reviews
Drive pipeline discipline and accurate forecasting
Develop teams through coaching, playbooks, training, and onboarding
Foster collaboration between sales and support to balance CSAT and revenue
Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality and conversions
Partner with Product to share customer insights and support launches
Coordinate with Operations to ensure CRM hygiene and data accuracy
Champion AI and sales tools to boost productivity and forecasting accuracy
Simplify incentive plans and tie them to goals and behaviors
Design and optimize Hub Spot workflows for lead handling and handover
Responsabilità
Proven experience leading B2B SaaS and digital sales teamsCRM proficiency and sales tool usage to manage funnels and forecast
Hands-on experience integrating AI into daily workflows
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
