We are looking for an organized, proactive, and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales & Customer Operations Coordinator.

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating communication and operations between customers, sales agents, logistics, production, and our brands, ensuring smooth processes and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Support our brands with day-to-day sales operations.

Coordinate customer orders together with the sales agent network.

Manage daily communication with domestic and international customers.

Liaise with logistics and production departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

Monitor order status and provide accurate updates to customers.

Prepare and manage commercial documentation.

Work with ERP/CRM systems and sales management tools.

Requirements

At least 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Sales Operations.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Experience with ERP systems and sales management tools (knowledge of Joor or similar software is an advantage).

Excellent written and spoken English.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and manage priorities effectively.
