Senior Accountant

Job Description Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Accountant to manage our clients key accounting functions, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closes. The ideal candidate will initiate journal entries, prepare accruals, reconcile accounts, and collaborate with FP&A to understand key financial drivers. You’ll also assist with AP/AR matters, enforce accounting best practices, and contribute to ad hoc reports.

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closes.
• Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and accruals.
• Reconcile and analyze financial accounts.
• Collaborate with FP&A on close activities and results analysis.
• Address AP/AR issues and implement accounting policies.
• Contribute to special projects and ad hoc reports.

• BS in Accounting required; MBA a plus, CPA preferred.
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong time-management, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
• Experience with Microsoft D365 and retail a plus.
