Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager located in Kentucky, United States. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative staff, coordinate schedules, and maintain office supplies. Additional responsibilities include handling client communications, organizing files, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and supporting the legal team with various administrative tasks. The goal is to ensure the smooth running of the office and contribute to driving sustainable growth.

- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Paralegal, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant
- Experience with office management software such as MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook) and legal management systems
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- High School degree; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
