HSE PSM Administrative Contractor - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract

We’re looking for a HSE PSM Administrative Contractor to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

• Maintain LP1 PSM SharePoint sites and file structures.
• Organize and maintain all PSM reports, procedures, training materials, and technical documentation.
• Manage PHR report workflows through document control and Veeva.
• Verify reports match approved versions and approved technical review packages.
• Track report status and progress through approval workflows.

• Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree
• Strong SharePoint and Excel skills
• Experience maintaining trackers, logs, folders, documents, approvals, and version-controlled records
• Experience in a regulated, technical, manufacturing, engineering, construction, pharmaceutical, or chemical environment
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Able to follow documented workflows and escape missing/incorrect information.
