DEPUTY CLERK

Deputy Clerk – Auto Title Clerk (Batavia, Beechmont, Milford, Wards Corner)

Position open until filled.

Full Time; 40 hours/week.

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (hours may vary slightly).

Saturday hours twice monthly.

Non-exempt;
Unclassified.

Pay:
Starting at $16.00/hr.

We are looking for reliable and responsible hardworking team players that are interested in working in a professional setting to serve the patrons of Clermont County and surrounding counties.

• Work closely with dealers and the state.
• Answer phone calls, assist customers, resolve minor issues, multitask, prioritize work, maintain cash drawer, and correctly file paperwork from various county offices and dealers.
• Accept, execute, and submit passport applications.
• Accept training on a variety of computer systems essential for daily work.
