Purchasing Assistant
Growing manufacturing company is seeking a Purchasing Assistant to support purchasing, procurement, inventory, and material coordination activities. This role will work closely with vendors and internal departments to help keep operations running efficiently.
Responsibilities- Support purchasing and procurement activities
- Assist with inventory and material management
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks
- Communicate with vendors regarding orders and deliveries
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and other departments
- Previous purchasing, inventory, or administrative experience preferred
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
- ERP and Microsoft Office experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
