Sponsler Donley Ford of Mount Vernon is growing, and we're looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to join our office team. As an Office Clerk, you will act as a Dealership Administrative Coordinator. With locations in Ashland, Mount Vernon, and Shelby, this role is a great entry point into the automotive industry for someone who wants to build a long-term career — not just fill a seat.

You'll support daily office operations, manage records, and work closely with our team to keep things running smoothly, with real opportunities to grow into higher-responsibility roles as you gain dealership experience.

What You'll Do
  • Support daily office functions including filing, data entry, basic accounting, and document preparation
  • Maintain and organize dealership files, records, and documentation
  • Help manage inventory and order office supplies
  • Serve as a friendly point of contact for customer inquiries
  • Partner with sales, service, and finance teams to keep office operations running efficiently
What We're Looking For
  • Administrative or cashiering experience preferred; dealership or automotive industry experience is a strong plus
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Great communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • Someone motivated to learn the business and grow with us
