Job Title:
Field Scheduler, Audit team

Responsbilities:

• Schedule system request prompts for customer.
• Verify that a current contract and approved payment method are on file prior to confirming any field activity.
• Review the audit list and identify suppliers that have not received an audit evaluation within the past three years. Issue audit selection notifications as required.
• Schedule audit evaluations for self-release suppliers and maintain the audit database to ensure records remain current.
• Coordinatetravel arrangements for Field Resources traveling on behalf ofcustomerwhen needed
• Continual communication with Field Resourcesregardingcompliance
• Back up Program Coordinator when out
• Miscellaneous tasks as assigned byProgram Manager

Requirements:

• Must be detail oriented
• Must have strong MS Office experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with follow-up andandfollow-through ability
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment,have the ability tochange priorities and multi-task

Notes:

• GE provides a desk, phone, and computer equipment.
• The preferred candidate would be detail oriented with good computer skills and a background in manufacturing quality. Training will be provided on the system applications that are used and the process for reviewing the documentation provided by the suppliers.
