Senior Automation Architect – DeltaV Batch & AI Enablement – 18 month contract – Ohio
Be part of a next‑generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new‑build facility in Ohio, a multi‑billion‑dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering.
What you’ll do:- Provide subject matter expertise in DeltaV Batch architecture and batch execution strategies.
- Support development, optimization, and standardization of batch recipes and automation methodologies.
- Evaluate opportunities to leverage AI‑enabled technologies to improve automation workflows.
- Partner with Process Engineering, Manufacturing Science, Operations, and Automation teams to understand process requirements.
- Support technology transfer activities and process scale‑up efforts.
- Leverage process historians, manufacturing data, and automation systems to improve manufacturing execution.
- Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing environments.
- Strong DeltaV Batch experience.
- Experience supporting distributed control systems.
- Batch recipe development experience.
- Knowledge of ISA‑88 batch concepts.
