Key Responsibilities Route & Scheduling Management Create and maintain daily schedules for vending and micro-market routes to ensure efficient service coverage
Collaborate with the Operations Manager to communicate updates and resolve scheduling conflicts
Inventory & Data Analysis Review sales, inventory, and waste reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Make data-driven par level changes to optimize product availability and reduce spoilage
Perform ongoing inventory adjustments to maintain accuracy across all vending machines and markets
Shrink, Waste, & Loss Control Run daily and weekly reports to identify shrink and waste patterns
Track variances and escalate concerns to the Operations Manager Review security footage from micro-markets in high-theft environments to help identify loss sources
Operational Support Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to scheduling and inventory
Assist the Operations Manager with special projects and operational initiatives
Qualifications and Requirements Preferred 1–3 years of experience in scheduling, inventory management, or a related field (vending or route-based industry experience is a plus)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations
Proficiency with route management systems, inventory software, or similar operational tools
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
Valid Drivers License

Experience and Requirements:
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)

Days:

Starting pay is $20/hr + based on experience
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the individual will remain in a stationary position for 80 percent of the time while performing admin duties.
