Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the WBS business model, including key drivers of growth and performance
- Assist in aligning day‑to‑day operations with broader business objectives
- Translate business objectives into structured process improvements and implementation plans
- Partner across functional areas to evaluate processes to identify inefficiencies, scalability constraints, control gaps
- Influence adoption of best practices and ensure consistency across teams
- Use data and performance insights to inform recommendations and drive ongoing optimization
- Educate and influence business partners to think out of the box to drive solutions for the unique requirements of the WBS business line
- Support and coordinate multiple initiatives concurrently, ensuring alignment to business priorities
- Contribute to development of operating routines that improve prioritization, transparency, and execution discipline
- Master’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of experience in project management, process improvement, or business operations
- Experience working in a complex, cross‑functional environment
