Intermodal Customer Service Rep

Pride Staff -  - Responsibilities:
Emergency Dispatch:
Receive incoming calls, emails, and alerts for road service events, dispatching technicians or tow services promptly;
Repair Coordination:
Manage the end-to-end repair process, including tire repairs and mechanical work;
Driver Support:
Act as the primary contact for OTR drivers facing equipment issues, providing status updates on repair ETAs;
Data Management:
Log accurate repair data, monitor service status, and track real-time repair events on the clients platform;
Communication:
Maintain clear communication with drivers, repair shops, and clients to ensure quick, efficient resolution
