Purpose:
The Sales Systems Associate provides day-to-day operational and systems support to store leadership and corporate teams, helping ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across sales, inventory, and e-commerce processes. This role supports order management, inventory accuracy, and visual merchandising follow-through, while serving as a key point of contact between store teams and corporate departments such as IT, Accounting, and Merchandising.
A key priority in this role is helping build and maintain clear, consistent processes and documentation that support the broader sales organization, while contributing to a collaborative, high-performance team culture focused on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Sales & Inventory Operations
- Support store leadership and corporate teams with day-to-day operational execution, including inventory checks, order review and processing, and visual merchandising follow-through
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly recurring tasks relating to order management and review, and inventory accuracy in the ERP/POS and Warehouse Management systems; flag and correct discrepancies
- Support Store Teams with order keying, finance application/contracts process, online payments, and other critical support regularly and on Holiday Weeks and Weekends.
Systems & Process Support
- Help create and maintain SOPs, Learning Management System (LMS) courses, and other documentation or templates to support consistency across sales and operational processes
- Complete physical and digital audits and send reports based on findings to key leaders across different departments to ensure visibility into current behaviors and processes
- Learn the Blueport Product Suite and submit support tickets for bug fixes or site issues; help audit product listings and site functionality for accuracy
Cross-Functional & E-Commerce Support
- Serve as a point of contact between store teams and corporate departments (IT, Accounting, Merchandising) to help resolve support tickets
- Support execution of core e-commerce tasks: promotion setup, online order/payment review, filter/menu updates, and product publishing
- Assist with execution of promotional events, seasonal resets, and new program rollouts
Reporting & Team Collaboration
- Track sales and operational performance data and report findings to the Specialist and Executive Leadership Team (ELT)
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team culture focused on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
- Support and lead key projects, events, and initiatives that advance business needs and organizational goals
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing inventory, order, and systems data
- Ability to identify discrepancies and proactively flag and resolve issues
- Effective communicator, able to collaborate across stores and corporate teams
- Comfortable learning and navigating multiple software systems (POS, ERP, Warehouse Management, Blueport)
- Organized and self-directed, able to manage recurring tasks with minimal oversight
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in retail, sales support, or operations preferred
- Experience with POS systems required
- Ability to work a schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Ability to work out of an assigned store location in Cincinnati or the corporate office in Dayton, as required
