Overview
Project Manager / Superintendent – Our Esteemed client is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Superintendent to oversee residential and commercial construction projects in Northern Kentucky. This is a full-time leadership role for a proven professional who can manage schedules, budgets, and crews while ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction.
Work Location:
In person.
- Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews
- Oversee on-site activities and enforce safety compliance
- Review the plans and specifications for each home and ensure construction is completed per those documents
- Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards
- Provide clear communication between clients, design team, and construction staff
- Resolve issues quickly to keep projects moving forward
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports
- Facilitate customer meetings during construction, including home visits, electrical walk-through, and homeowner orientation
- Manage punch/final warranty follow-up
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
- 5+ years of construction management or superintendent experience (residential and/or commercial)
- Education:
Bachelor s Degree in a related field preferred but not required - Strong knowledge of building methods, codes, and safety regulations
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
