Overview

Project Manager / Superintendent – Our Esteemed client is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Superintendent to oversee residential and commercial construction projects in Northern Kentucky. This is a full-time leadership role for a proven professional who can manage schedules, budgets, and crews while ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews
  • Oversee on-site activities and enforce safety compliance
  • Review the plans and specifications for each home and ensure construction is completed per those documents
  • Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards
  • Provide clear communication between clients, design team, and construction staff
  • Resolve issues quickly to keep projects moving forward
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports
  • Facilitate customer meetings during construction, including home visits, electrical walk-through, and homeowner orientation
  • Manage punch/final warranty follow-up
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of construction management or superintendent experience (residential and/or commercial)
  • Education:

    Bachelor s Degree in a related field preferred but not required
  • Strong knowledge of building methods, codes, and safety regulations
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
