Salary:
Starting at $60,000+ annually (with performance-based increases)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Superintendent to oversee residential and commercial construction projects in Northern Kentucky. This is a full-time leadership opportunity for a motivated professional who can manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operations while ensuring quality workmanship and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Manage construction projects from start to finish while ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews
- Oversee onsite activities and maintain safety compliance
- Review plans and specifications to ensure projects are completed according to requirements
- Conduct site inspections to uphold quality standards
- Maintain clear communication with clients, design teams, and construction staff
- Resolve project issues efficiently to keep work progressing on schedule
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports
- Facilitate customer meetings during construction, including walkthroughs and orientations
- Manage punch list and warranty follow-up items
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- 5+ years of experience in construction management or superintendent roles (residential and/or commercial)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, but not required
- Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
