Pay: $18.00/hour to start | Up to $21.00/hour after 3 months

You'll start with general labor duties and have the opportunity to learn valuable construction skills while working alongside an experienced crew.

As a General Laborer, you will assist with a variety of construction site tasks, including:

• Sweeping and cleaning construction job sites
• General labor and site maintenance
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials
• Assisting experienced crew members
• Learning skilled construction tasks such as:
  • Jackhammer operation
  • Concrete saw operation
  • Other construction equipment and job site duties as trained

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands‑on construction experience and develop new skills.

Start Time: 7:00 AM End Time:
When the job is complete (typically between 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM).

Most shifts are 10–12 hours 1‑hour unpaid lunch. Weekend availability is required. Work schedule may include Monday through Sunday.

Shift end times vary based on project completion, not a fixed schedule.

• Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
• Pay Increase: $21.00/hour after 3 months
• Overtime:
  Paid at 1.5x your regular rate
• Sunday Pay:
  Double time (2x pay)
• Designated U.S. Holidays:
  Triple time (3x pay)
• Holiday Pay Eligibility:
  Employees must work their scheduled shift immediately before and after the holiday to qualify for triple‑time holiday pay.

• Lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequently bend, stoop, push, and pull
• Work 10–12 hour shifts on a regular basis
• Perform outdoor construction work in varying weather conditions

• Composite toe or steel toe boots required before your first day
• Reliable transportation to the job site
• Must be comfortable with physically demanding work
• Must be willing to work weekends
• No smoking is permitted on client job sites
• Spanish‑speaking or bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
