This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Industrial Superintendent to lead complex construction projects while joining a respected and growing organization.

You are an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in industrial construction and field operations. You will bring:

• 10+ years of construction experience with industrial or manufacturing projects
• Experience managing ground-up construction, plant expansions, and industrial renovations
• Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards, OSHA regulations, and site compliance
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors, coordinate multiple trades, and maintain project schedules
• Experience working in active manufacturing or operating facilities is highly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Willingness to travel throughout Ohio and surrounding regions as project needs require.

As an Industrial Superintendent, you will:

• Lead all on-site construction activities for industrial projects
• Manage subcontractors, daily field operations, site logistics, and project schedules
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, engineers, architects, and plant personnel
• Enforce safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Conduct daily safety meetings, site inspections, and progress reporting
• Oversee quality control, inspections, commissioning, and project closeout
