Responsibilities- Respond promptly to client inquiries in German through various communication channels
- Assist clients in troubleshooting issues and provide effective solutions
- Manage and document client interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries and enhance service delivery
- Deliver training and support to clients on our products and services
- Collect feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement
- Contribute to maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Proficient in using customer support software and tools
