Role Description

As a Customer Relations Representative with Zach Bradley Insurance, you will assist customers with what matters most to them and their families. Our team is dedicated to being a valuable resource to the community, educating, informing, and assisting everyone with their insurance needs. Attention to detail and strong customer service skills are essential. You will resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with agency team members, and anticipate community members' needs.

We anticipate internal growth opportunities for driven, sales‑mindful candidates.

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high‑stress situations calmly.

Compensation: $35,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year.
