Host, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic Host to help create exceptional guest experiences at the Green River Grill & Bar, located within the Lodge at Mammoth Cave, in the National Park. As the first point of contact for visitors, the Host plays a key role in welcoming guests, providing information about the park and lodge amenities, and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable stay.

• Greet customers and provide timely and excellent customer service
• Keep host stand and restaurant areas clean and organized
• Follow seating and table rotation guidelines
• Assist with bussing tables if needed

• Excellent customer service and people skills
• Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to count change and reconcile paperwork
• Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people
