Video Teller

Position Summary

The Video Teller will perform video (on‑camera) transactions on behalf of our customers and enhance the customer experience by providing exceptional, professional, and consistent service. This will include processing deposits, withdrawals, payments and transfers, as well as fielding a variety of other customer inquiries.

• Provide teller assistance to customers and enhance the customers' interactive banking experience via video technology across all First Southern Markets.
• Facilitate the ITM experience for customers by providing step‑by‑step guidance through the ITM process.
• Process various transactions including, but not limited to deposits, payments, transfers, and withdrawals via ITMs located at multiple locations.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures and regulations, including the customer identification program, Reg CC, and BSA.
• Project excellent customer relations while delivering a positive banking/customer service experience.
• Inform and educate customers on products and services offered by the Bank that would benefit the customer.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of banking, retail, contact center, or customer service experience.
• Comfortable using video communication tools and working in a technology‑driven environment.
• Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
