Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately, inventory records remain current, and customer inquiries are resolved promptly. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

• Process inbound and outbound customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Generate shipping documents, work orders, and related paperwork
• Maintain accurate inventory records and customer information
• Coordinate special and time-sensitive shipping requests
• Track and trace shipments and communicate updates to customers
• Send completed bills of lading and shipment documentation in a timely manner
• Maintain damage reports and communicate issues as needed
• Support customer billing activities and reporting requirements
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries regarding orders, inventory, invoices, and shipments
• Collaborate with warehouse and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with additional clerical and operational tasks as needed

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS); SAP experience is a plus
• Customer service experience preferred
• Warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds when necessary

Location: Brook Park, OH

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay: $18.00-$19.50 per hour, based on experience
