Job Summary
1 year of experience preferred in leadership, customer service, and cash handling.
Qualifications- High school diploma
- Delegation and leadership of staff on shift
- Customer service (greeting, resolving issues, assistance when needed)
- Counting change back accurately to customers
- Counting drawers at the beginning and end of shifts
- Being a team player with upper management, leadership, and all other staff members
- Energetic, friendly, upbeat
- Weekends a must, game days a must
This position will start out as part‑time hours, mostly evening between 1 pm‑8:30 pm Mon‑Sat and 9:30‑6:30 pm on Sundays. Occasional morning or mid‑shift may be required. The role has the potential to move into full time as business requires. Average 25 hours starting out.
