Pete's RV Center is hiring a full-time, in-office Customer Care Representative for our Business Development Center (BDC) in Florence, KY. In this role, you'll be the friendly first point of contact—answering inbound calls, assisting customers with questions, and scheduling appointments for the right team. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer questions with professionalism and care

Schedule, confirm, and manage customer appointments

Enter and update customer information accurately in internal systems

Coordinate with internal teams to route requests and ensure timely follow-up
