We’re seeking a positive, personable customer service representative for a rewarding career opportunity! You’ll connect with new people, tackle tough problems, and raise the bar on an excellent customer experience. • Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
• Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
• Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot
• Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escape to the appropriate party when needed
• Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered
• Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift

• Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent

$13 - $13.75 hourly
