LeveL is hiring an experienced Project Architect for our growing firm. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 15 years’ experience, a Master of Architecture degree, and proficient Revit skills. We are looking for team members who bring value and deliver projects at a level that Design

• Leading projects through all phases—from conception to close‑out services, including fit‑out planning, equipment planning, and casework planning.
• Completing and maintaining thorough project documentation through all phases.
• Working with the project team, clients, consultants, and other responsible parties to ensure the project stays within budget.
• Taking meetings with municipal building departments and other governing agencies to coordinate project approval or variances as needed.
• Leading meetings with internal or external partners, regarding all aspects of project execution.
• Consistently reviewing work in progress and communicating needs, concerns, and feedback to the project team.
• Supervising the preparation of technical drawings by less senior architects or technicians.
• Ensuring construction details and documentation conform to quality assurance, quality control, and best‑practice standards.
• Leading construction administration efforts.
• Cultivating and maintaining excellent relationships with new and existing clients.
• Attending conferences and seminars as requested.
• Contributing to marketing and business development efforts.

• Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of project development and documentation.
• Registered, licensed architect.
• Master of Architecture degree.
• Minimum of 15 years of industry experience.
• Fully proficient in Revit.
• Familiar with AutoCAD.
• Capability to meet industry guidelines, local, state, and federal codes in the execution of your work.

Salary, Paid Time Off, Bonus Opportunities, 401(k); optional Medical, Dental, and Vision.

Full‑time, on site, Monday through Friday with flexible hours.
